The fruit surface is yellow-white, with a texture similar to Eureka lemons, featuring ring marks on the top and a grainy, glossy appearance, giving it a unique look. The sugar content is 11-13%, rich in selenium, with very low acidity. The flavor improves after storage.By August, the fruit loses its acidity and can be eaten even while the skin is still green.
