Damaged! Vintage Blair Pink & White Striped Button-Down Shirt 3/4 sleeve Medium

This is a vintage Blair pink and white striped button-down shirt likely made around the 1980s-90s. There is one tiny hole in the front (see last photo), and there are some stains on the front, as well. These might can be removed, but I have not attempted to do so.
