Vintage Avondale Cast Stone Cameo Plate

Melissa, 1st plate in the Cameos Of Childhood Series - 1978. Avondale Cameo Plate signed by artist Francis Taylor Williams. This is a thick, heavy plate. It has the look and feel of bas relief sculpted stone. It was made by an Incolay process, which I believe involved sculpting of an original, which was next placed in a mold, from which stone powders and coupling agents were combined to make casted copies. This plate is numbered 22094. Excellent condition, no flaws that I can see.Check my other offers. If possible, I will try to bundle items together, in one transaction.
