Western boots, made in USA, lace-up

I bought this at a used clothing store a while ago.I think lace-up Western boots are unusual.The tag and markings are almost completely gone, so I don't know the size, but it felt a little big on me, and I usually wear 28cm shoes.I think someone who wears 28.5cm shoes could probably wear them.The wear on the heel of the right foot might bother some people.
