All leather in tact one of the tabs is pulling away from one of the rivets but is still in tact. The lock is there but does NOT have a key. The luggage tag is included but I bought that separately. Twilly is not included. Has a slight “old” oder but nothing I couldn’t handle. I used it for over night travel several times. PLEASE SEE ALL PHOTOS and be sure to ask any questions.
