Vintage Sterling Silver Egyptian Queen Nefertiti Ring and Earrings

This is a set including vintage sterling silver earrings and a ring. They have the Egyptian Queen Nerfertiti in the center. The ring is a size 7. The set both has the 925 silver mark, Italy, and a B inside a double circle makers mark which I am unfamiliar with. The set is in good vintage conditon with some scratches and dings from normal wear and a bit of tarnish and toning in places. I believe the set was gold vemeil at one point but the gold plating has worn off on several areas. This gives the set a very vintagey look. Please also note that the earring backs do not match each other but they are both sterling silver. The total weight for the set is 9.4g. (Bin#MU1)
