Nwot neoprene wetsuit shorts. Navy blue and grey color blocked. High waist. Will fit a size 0 or 2. Wetsuits should fit very tight when dry. I'm between sizes and this was the smaller one and didn't fit. See last pic for their size guide. Xs will fit waist 27-29. I'm 29.5 so it was too small for me.
